Kaitlyn Wagner is an Implementation Director for the Family Centered Treatment Foundation with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families in community and home-based services. She has worked with various populations and has extensive experience in training and leadership development. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Ashford University and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, where she also received her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Due to her lived experience in both the California foster and adoption systems' her passion for helping others and working with families in need emerged. Kaitlyn lives in beautiful Southern Idaho where she enjoys spending time exploring the great outdoors with her husband and three children.
